Evening Events
Your member registration fee covers all conference meals and events, and your badge is required to enter. Guest tickets may be purchased onsite.

Sunday's Opening Reception: ILTA’s Oasis in the Garden of the Gods
Join us at Caesar’s ultimate gathering spot, the Garden of the Gods Oasis. This event is a guaranteed “catalyst” of business and pleasure as ILTA members and vendors greet colleagues in a setting of exquisite pools and European décor. Enjoy hors d'oeuvres and beverages that are the nectar of the gods and delight in unique entertainers that can only be found in Vegas. Don’t forget your camera!

Monday's Vendor Reception: ILTA’s Exhibitor Bandstand
If you enjoyed the 35-year run of American Bandstand, then you’re sure to enjoy watching your very own ILTA exhibitors feature music and décor from their favorite musical talents. With four decades of music to cover, and a likely visit from Dick Clark, this event is sure to entertain us all. Prizes for the best booth decorations will be awarded. Light snacks will be served.

Tuesday's Evening Event: ILTA's Fourth Annual Distinguished Peer Awards
Join us as we present ILTA's fourth annual Distinguished Peer Awards Dinner, where the winners from each award category will be announced and celebrated. This is our gala event, where we enjoy a fabulous sit-down dinner. Our comedian emcee Don McMillan is on board with another year of great humor to keep the mood lively as we recognize our peers from around the globe. Our presenters and award nominees will be dressed to impress, and we encourage attendees to do the same.

Immediately following the dinner and awards, there will be two After-Glow Party “dessert rooms” (hosted by ILTA). The first room is a jazz club atmosphere designed for networking. Dreamy chocolate desserts and comfortable seating areas make this a great place to gather with friends. The other room is high-energy and tropical. You’ll want to bring your dancing shoes and limbo stick to this party! No invitations required.

Wednesday Evening: No Event Planned
Take this opportunity to relax and enjoy the amenities of the property or keep the momentum going at one of the many vendor networking events. There is no ILTA event planned for the evening.

Thursday's Evening Event: ILTA’s Geek Colosseum
Yes, we said "GEEK," and we know you’re gonna love it! ILTA’s closing event is another “catalyst” for fun, providing fine food, great games, casino tables, interactive entertainment and, back by popular demand, our karaoke bar. Even our Wii fanatics and tablet app gurus will be impressed with the variety of fun and networking atmospheres available at the Geek Colosseum. This event takes place in the Forum Ballroom and Foyer.

For anyone who wants to continue enjoying the company of their peers after the Geek Colosseum closes, PURE night club will be offering free VIP admission for all ILTA conference attendees and guests. Simply show them your conference badge or this flyer at the door, and dance the night away! Doors open at 10:30 p.m.

Breakfast, Lunch and Breaks: During ILTA's designated breakfasts, lunches and breaks, take a moment to chat with your peers about upcoming sessions, what you've learned, common issues and much more! The tables at breakfast will be sectioned into ILTA's regions, so you have a chance to meet members from your regions. Your conference badge is required to enter all meals.

Onsite Restaurants and Bars: There are many restaurants and bars with great food, reasonable prices and a wide range of hours of operation for any meetings you'd like to have beyond ILTA-sponsored events. See the resort dining guide for details.
